From time to time we may request some of the clients who have been on safari with us to act as references for other prospective clients. This is done by first obtaining your permission to do so. If permission is granted only your name and e-mail address will be supplied to the prospective client.

If you have joined our mailing list then you agree to receive offers and information from us only related to your specific needs. At your request you will be removed from this list should you wish not to receive any further communications.
With our shop and safari booking system we have done our best to protect your privacy and any information that may be passed from your browser to our system. This is done with our secure certificate. Any information that is passed between you and our system is all encrypted and thus secure. We have provided a security seal from the issuing authority on the home page of our "Shop", by clicking this seal you can confirm that the certificate is issued to our company. This also ensures that the information that is passed is indeed between you and our system. This can also be checked on any of our pages within our "Shop" site by double clicking on the lock icon displayed in your browser. This will bring up our certificate details. You can also just check that the address in the address bar of your browser is indeed our address. The reason it is good practice to check these is that there are persons out there that may try and imitate our website to collect sensitive details from you, such as credit card details, which can then be used to defraud you.
To further protect you we will not supply any links to our "Shop" in any e-mails that are sent to you as this is a method used to take you to another site which may look like ours where your details can then possibly be stolen. We therefore recommend that you treat any such e-mails with suspicion and that you access our system only from our website. By following these guidelines you can be ensured that your privacy and sensitive information is protected and secure.
